Why Gear Up Adventures

CHILE ISN’T JUST A DESTINATION FRANCISCO SELLS. IT’S WHERE HIS STORY BEGAN.

Francisco Escobar, owner & operator, was born in Chile and has spent years exploring its less-travelled regions, developing local relationships and helping guests experience places that most visitors never truly get to know.

Through Gear Up Adventures, Francisco brings together his Chilean roots, Canadian perspective, expedition experience and trusted local network to make complex travel feel personal and manageable.

You are not simply choosing a trip from an online catalogue. You have someone who understands the destination helping you decide how to experience it.

A Personal Note from Francisco
“I want you to experience the Chile I know, not simply pass through the places everyone else visits. This Patagonia experience gives you access to the wild beauty of Torres del Paine while still providing the warmth, hospitality and comfort that make the entire journey memorable.”
